Refund policy
Order Cancellations
We price ourselves on rapid fulfillment so that we can get your order out as efficiently as possible! Orders that are cancelled prior to shipment will be subject to a 5% credit card processing fee. If you would like to change or cancel your order, please email us at info@pacificadventureworks.com, or call 831-200-3490. If your order has already shipped please see below on how to return your product.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We get it- sometimes things just don't work out. Its too big, too small, didn't fit the way you thought, etc. But we aren't Amazon or REI. Please do not take advantage of our return policy to rent a product when you need it and then return it when you're done.
If you wish to start a return because something is broken, please let us know! We stock every part and are happy to honor our warranty to keep you exploring!
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Mattresses are not eligible for returns due to health reasons.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@pacificadventureworks.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Shipping will not be refunded unless the return is due to an error by Pacific Adventure Works.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. We cannot accept returns on mattresses due to health reasons.
Items shipped to Canada are not returnable.
Return of Bundle Items
If multiple items are purchased together and are not all returned, all benefits of that order, including discounts and free items will be lost.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. We may charge a 15% restocking fee if items are not in a new, re-sellable condition. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
